Ritz Building main entrance
The main entrance to the Ritz building. This is especially notable for a few reasons. First, this was the Pines when the Pines opened - there were no other buildings. As the hotel grew this eventually became a staff building as frankly, even guests many years ago wouldn't pay for such spartan accommodations! Second, the wallpaper in this area was slowly peeling back, revealing a variety of employee graffiti scrawled on the original walls. Unfortunately, we may never know what that graffiti said now...
