Peeling paint covering graffiti in the Ritz building
One of the most sad things about this building no longer existing is that this graffiti is now lost forever. Clearly these writings had been here for ages, before being covered by the now peeling paint. Including the eponymous "It's not over till it's over," credited as "Psalm 13:19" and attributed correctly to Yogi Berra. The other graffiti is too covered to read. For the record this must date back at least 20-30 years.
