A touch-tone phone with an 11th "flash" key and a bulletin board with a phone directory hang from the wall surrounded by a smorgasbord of letters. What confuses me about this, besides the awful mix of dark green and bright yellow, is the "ABCD", which makes me feel like the rest will be in order. But instead, there are just a random mix of letters. And when they ran out of letters, they used random symbols.
