Foreboding "Keep Out" door in the Camp House

Kind of interesting to put the words "Keep Out" so high on the door considering this building was primarily used for day care. A kid would break its neck just trying to read the warning if they were standing there ready to open the door. There was nothing interesting behind the door, or was there?
