Primary circuit dead-end

One of the best memories I'll have of the place was the eagerness with which Central Hudson Gas & Electric restored three-phase electric service without ensuring that the customer equipment was safe. Now, without any demand, the transformer pads have been stripped bare and the primary circuit disconnected at a dead-end on the first pole on the property.
