Construction office on Gate Hill Coop road
For a brief period of time, a "55 and up" community was planned here. This construction office, seen here under construction, was placed right in front of the old hospital building. These days, it still sits vacant because the plans for housing were scrapped when the real estate and mortgage markets collapsed in 2008.
