Good ol' fashioned oil dump

The gallon jugs were filled with motor oil, as it turned out. Fred hadn't owned a working car for years, but while he did, he took pride in performing his own basic maintenance. The only thing he didn't take was his waste oil to a recycling center, instead leaving these hundreds of gallons of waste oil to sit in his own backyard, where they eventually burst and likely contaminated the underground well water supply.
