Typical upstate psychiatric center stairwell

Frankly when I looked at this I almost thought it was Letchworth. Turns out it's because the banisters in the stairwells there were practically identical. Note that although the window is not barred, it is rather high up already, and it is at the top floor of a four story building. Though this ward did seem somewhat low security anyway.
