The inner core of the outdoor steel and concrete fire escape for the parking deck at the Palisades Center. This area is without a doubt one of the most neglected parts of the mall. Security rarely patrols it, and frankly, it shows. It reeks like piss, and graffiti and drug paraphernalia (baggies, blunt guts) are left all around.
