An unusual place to put up a warning about hunting, although I suppose with all that open space, deer wander through every now and then, and where there are deer, there are poachers dreaming of delicious venison. The sign reads, "Notice - no hunting carrying or discharging weapons of any kind within the Town of Haverstraw by order of Town of Haverstraw Police Department."
