From the classic "Moving Violations". I saw this ID on the tracks at the Morgan Avenue station stop on the L line, so I jumped on the tracks and picked it up. We walked it back to the address on the license and handed it to the people at that address. It was in the projects and there was a language barrier so it was a rather strange situation.
