Storage building with large vents
There is speculation that there were underground facilities at this former missile base. This building seems like it might be the main place to access anything underground. The vents on the roof are extremely large for such a small building, and a machine room on the roof may be a motor room for an elevator leading down below. Alternately, this could have been filled with computer electronics which generated a lot of heat, necessitating high-volume air movers.
