Emergency Response Plan

Do you think they had a contingency plan for bankruptcy? Or mold? Or heating emergencies? Based on the stories from guests in this hotel's final years, they did not have plans for any of those situations. Interestingly, we found a form for reporting bomb threats, as if a panicked receptionist is going to ask a bomb threat caller to hold on while she gets the bomb threat phone call form.
