Damaged ceiling plaster in Presidential Suite

An old adage is that people "never look up", however, it would be hard not to look up if the ceiling was leaking in your $500 a night Presidential Suite. Clearly the ceiling had been patched a few times in its history judging by this picture. Perhaps this was a problem earlier in the hotel's history, considering that virtually no maintenance appeared to be performed in the final months.
