Teddy bears by the stairs

Seemingly out of place kid's toys -- a crayon/drawing supply box and a teddy bear at the foot of the stairs leading to the second floor. Note the heavily advanced state of cobwebs in the radiator. Also, that these items were not at the base of the stairs during the previous visit.
