No Trespassing sign on dormitory building

A patient dormitory building entrance that has been boarded up and posted with a "no trespassing signs". The entrance featured grand columns. The situation with the land is rather bizarre, the buildings are privately owned, while the streets remain public, but since the roads are closed to traffic, only pedestrians and bicycles are permitted.
