Electric and telephone utility lines

Running right along the ground were these two utility cables. On the top, single phase 120VAC electricity, and on the bottom, telephony. I know that the bottom cable looks like a coaxial cable (TV) line but trust me, it is actually old-school two-conductor weatherproof telephone cable.
