Homes for baby busters
Encore Palisades, a soon-to-be-failed housing development presenting condominiums, townhomes, and single family home designs "from the upper $300s" for 55 and up only, located exclusively on the land of a former mental institution mired with asbestos and lead contamination? Sign me up! How can they get away with calling such a home "single family" when a family could not actually live there? Conveniently, plans for this development never materialized thanks to the impact to the baby boomer home buyers during the financial bust in 2008.
