The stage is falling apart
The stage area in the Persian Room has already begun to fall apart quite substantially at this point. The curtains are torn, the ceiling tiles have fallen, and debris clutters the once expansive stage where dancers, singers, big bands, comedians, and even just regular hotel patrons once performed.
