Main kitchen
The kitchen in the Pines Hotel suffered a roof collapse during the blizzard of 1996. The hotel had to close for most of 1997 while renovations were performed. By the time the renovations were complete, and millions of dollars had been sunk, no one seemed to care. The Pines closed shortly after.
