Garbage in the workout room
The workout room, also known as Ascot Hall, was directly across from the ground floor check-in area. Contrary to what has been speculated, I do not think that a homeless person was living in here. I think a homeless person was using this as a staging area - taking garbage bags from neighbors and scouring for bottles with deposits.
