Four floors for consumer whores
This shot is notable since not more than 10% of the decorative light fixtures are burnt out. One thing that the Palisades Center is notorious for is substandard maintenance. the decorative lighting in particular suffers in this regard, probably because many of them are hard to access. For example, note that the blue vapor proof lights on the steel beams for each level are well maintained on the easy to reach 2nd floor, less maintained on the 3rd, and nearly completely burnt out on the fourth.
