High insecurity lock on the hair salon
There's so much wrong about this picture. It's amazing that this store was never robbed blind in the nearly 40 years it was at this location. Protected by only a single locking Kwikset knob, this door was susceptible to a wide range of bypass and picking attacks. At least use a deadbolt! It's also worth noting that, like other stores in the main area of the mall, the back door was not intended to be used as a fire door (otherwise it wouldn't be knobbed). Hair styling equipment is organized on racks sitting near the recyclables by the back door.
