Abandoned Boscov's gated off
Boscov's was the anchor store for the third wing. When a mall loses anchors and fails to fill them for over 2 years, it's safe to say they have effectively been abandoned as a mall. Of course, this is extremely bizarre. The Nanuet Mall is still an excellent location in the middle of an affluent and mobile suburb. It is a massive failure on part of Simon to fail to capitalize on the opportunities in their existing spaces.
