Power plant control panel
It never ceases to amaze me that people will break something like this even when they would have no idea what it does or how it operates. Police line tape drapes over the control buttons, although it was likely taken from another building at Letchworth where the police actually did training. This obviously has been opened and stripped for copper like everything else in here.
