Hydrotherapy tub in the woods
Perhaps you remember the scene in "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" where the Chief throws a marble hydrotherapy controller through a caged window. In Letchworth, they averted this problem by using hydrotherapy bathtubs. Hydrotherapy was essentially the process of sitting a patient in a bath of hot or cold water for hours on end. Quite theraputic, eh?
