Once you arrived here, you became a ward of the state. Makes you wonder how much "informed consent" was going on in whatever experiments were taking place, whether the state authorized any experiments on children, or what kind of "circuits" were used in the testing. This cabinet was empty; tucked away in some forgotten corner of a basement storage room. But perhaps they did destroy some records.
