Distribution control panel
Amazingly, this wooden painted map representation of the facility seemed to be the distribution control. Each building had a small blade switch attached near it, presumably to control switching relays that would deliver or kill power to those buildings. This gives you perspective to how huge this place really is. Remember that more than half of it is still active. Also of note is the box on the floor labeled "deaths", whose papers are scattered about without care. Way to respect the dead.
