Empire State Building on overcast night

The cars whizzing by create motion blur in this night time shot of the famous Empire State Building on an overcast night with its spire lit red and the antenna lit green. It's OK when my neighbors leave their Christmas lights up, but for an operation like this, its a little ridiculous.
