Underpass Road closed by Yodocks
A series of Yodock barricades block off the ineptly named "Underpass Road" at Letchworth Village. Reflecting the facilities use by those of limited mental capacity, apparently no one notice that this road actually took you over an overpass, not under an underpass. Down this hill is one of the main sewer lines for the facility.
